Isis was joined by her companion Osirus in coming to Forever Wild by there old owners request.  We got a call one day by the owner asking us to please help her by taking in her very much loved and well taken care of house pets.  Her cats lived with her and her small children in their house and would often sleep in bed with her.  She was very upset at the decision she had to make in giving the cats up due to a very hard divorce she was going through.  Her future on where she was going to be was uncertain and she didn't want her precious cats she worked so hard to get to be too. 

So with much planning going back and forth on building a new enclosure, deciding on when was a good time for both parties to travel and be home, getting all the proper transfer documents in order and having the old owner start getting the cats adjusted to living outside, we were on our way to New Mexico in April.  Isis and Osirus are about 4 years old so they will have many years to live happy days here at Forever Wild.  The owner was so grateful that she found a good home and didn't have to worry about the animals she so loved.  At least she could rest assured that their future was bright and secure.  On any given day here you can find the two paw over paw snuggled together in their favorite wheel.
