Ya Ya, which is a term of endearment in Chinese, is a beautiful 14 year old female cougar. She came from a local permitted owner about 1 year ago. Due to some very concerning health problems the owner had to find a suitable home for her beloved pet.

Ya Ya is one of the positive cases where she was not mistreated in anyway. She was very well taken care of. She has adjusted very well to her new home with us at Forever Wild and has bonded with all of the keepers. She looks forward to her lounging days sitting in the sun taking long naps. She will be able to live out her life here without a care in the world knowing that her new home will take the best care of her. She is an absolute joy to have as a part of our family.
